Tried out many web browsers made for XP. They don't run on ReactOS.
I had partial success with a browser named Mypal, but unfortunately latest version doesn't work. Only the version available from ReactOS Application Manager works. I tried setting Compatibility options from properties to Windows 7 for the non working executables, still didn't work.
Faced similar issues when tried to run PHP 7.x on an earlier version of ROS. I don't exactly remember where it got stuck. But with a bit of searching, found that PHP
requires "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2019" which can't be installed on ROS. I don't remember the exact issue, but I
found this. I vaguely remember a bug that causes PHP impossible to be built with GCC on Windows XP, so I suppose it's out of the question for ROS. I was
able to run PHP 5.4.45 but that's it. Not any later versions.
Windows seems like a really broken system.
